What Stage of Business Are You In?

My friends. We are at the 100th episode of the She Who Dares podcast, and I can hardly believe it! It feels so surreal to me, and it feels like just last week we were getting ready to launch the podcast. Yet here we are 100 weeks later, and I couldn’t do it without all of you! It means a lot to me because it means you find value in this podcast and it’s equally thrilling and humbling that I get to sit down in front of a mic and help you grow and scale your business. Since we’re at 100 episodes, it felt like the perfect moment to talk about a pattern I’ve noticed as I’ve been coaching a lot of wedding professionals lately, and that’s the three stages of business.

In my own businesses, I can see these phases play out, and I believe it’s really important to distinguish which stage you’re at so you can listen to relevant advice and do the things you need to do to move the needle forward in your business, sustainably. Enjoy!
