Are You Leading or Just Managing Your Wedding Team? Ft. Ashley Ebert

Have you ever thought about building a team?
Are you too afraid to because you’re not sure if you’d actually be a good leader??

Maybe you’re concerned that you’re not going to be a good leader and can’t manage a team?

Whatever it is, you are feeling a little hesitant about your leadership style- and wedding pro, you’re not the only one.

Leadership isn’t just about managing a team at work. It’s about how you show up in every relationship in your life, whether you’re leading a team, your family, or a group of friends.

All personality assessments boil down to a Four-Quadrant Model: extroversion vs. introversion and task-oriented vs. people-oriented. This will help you identify the four primary leadership styles.

Ashley’s Free Training

Optimistic Connectors (Yellow)

These are people-oriented extroverts. They are great at connecting with others and making them feel important. However, they might struggle with details and thorough follow-up.

Driven Trailblazers (Red)

Task-oriented extroverts who are achievement-driven. They provide direction and are influential. However, they can sometimes come off as bossy or too controlling.

Thoughtful Developers (Blue)

Task-oriented introverts who are analytical and can predict outcomes. They are great listeners and retain information well. However, they can sometimes overthink and become inactive.

Compassionate Influencers (Green)

People-oriented introverts who value relationships and can be very passionate about their work. They might sometimes appear stubborn and prefer a stress-free environment.

The colors associated with each leadership style aren’t random. They represent certain characteristics and emotions. For instance, red symbolizes confidence and power, while blue represents depth and thoughtfulness. And honestly understanding your leadership style can improve relationships outside of work as well. It helps in understanding family members, friends, and even strangers.

Leaders NEED to adapt and grow in their business, and understanding leadership styles is a tool that can make this growth so much easier!
