  • A full pricing brochure—not just your starting rate
  • Clear, confident next steps (Book a consult? Fill out a form? Tell them exactly what to do next)

2. Add a Personal Touch with Day-One Texting

Now that your email’s doing its thing, let’s get personal. I’m talking about texting—and yes, it’s a game-changer.

“The open rate on a text is 8 to 10 times higher than the open rate of an email.”

I batch these once a day and make sure they feel human, not robotic. Here’s a sample:

“Hi Sally! This is Brandee with Blush. I saw that you inquired with us earlier today. You likely already got an automated email with pricing, but I wanted to personally reach out and see if I could answer any questions.”

3. Keep Showing Up with Value-Packed Emails
