If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I love education! While I’ve always loved learning, my love for teaching bloomed recently because of the boom of technology and social media. When I first started my wedding planning business, Blush, 15 years ago, there weren’t as many easy-to-access educational resources and leaders — but I wish there were! There would have been many potholes I could have avoided, and I could have hit the scaling phase of my business much faster.

However, all the struggles made me the person I am today and the educator I am today. Now, I get to help other wedding professionals and creative entrepreneurs avoid the mistakes I made and teach them best practices for a healthy and profitable business!

Wedding MBA

If you’re looking for a networking opportunity, this is the conference for you! The Wedding MBA is a three-day conference held in Las Vegas and run by Shannon Underwood. At this wildly popular conference, you can expect thousands of attendees, hundreds of speakers, and dozens of vendors.

This is an event I make a whole event out of — I even take my team because it’s such an important and useful event to attend. My team and I always learn so much from other wedding professionals, and it’s super cool to meet all the people we engage with online in person! I’m thrilled to be a returning speaker this year to cover the topic, Pricing for Profit: Knowing and Charging Your Value.

The Wedding Pro CEO Summit

Finally, we have my summit, The Wedding Pro CEO Summit!

I created this summit to help wedding professionals drill down the nitty-gritty, provide solutions where they feel the most stagnant, and build a community of like-minded entrepreneurs. Held at Lake Nona Wave hotel, this three-day summit is a fully-immersive experience where you can take a deep dive into the mindset, strategies, and systems you need to become the CEO of your business.

I purposefully made this summit an intimate one (only 100 attendees) because I wanted to make sure that everyone felt they were getting a comprehensive learning experience while also not feeling overwhelmed with networking opportunities.
