So many wedding pros ask me how I manage it all—running multiple businesses, coaching wedding pros, creating content, homeschooling our girls, and still showing up for life. Well, friend, I’m not superhuman. But I do have a system—and I’m breaking it all down right here, day by day.
In the episode, I’m giving you the real, raw peek into my week—how I intentionally divide my time, why I guard my Mondays like treasure, and what’s made the biggest difference in getting ROI from every single minute.
“Time is our only non-renewable resource… You can always make more money, but you can never make more time.”
Here’s what my CEO week actually looks like (plus a few juicy quotes and tips to help you build a schedule that serves your life and your business). Let’s get into it.
I divide my time into three simple, clear buckets that guide my entire week:
“Every single minute is spent doing something that is going to return on that investment. Sometimes that’s ROI on money… sometimes it’s just investing in another human being.”
Yep, you heard that right. I do not work on Sundays. It’s a family day, period.
“You’ve been fed the lie that Sunday has to be your prep day. You don’t need to work on Sunday to have a productive week.”
I recharge, go to church with my family, and give my brain a much-needed break—because Monday is coming, and I need to show up clear and focused.
This is my deep focus, no-distractions day. I do not take meetings unless they’re directly related to business growth. I’m serious—Monday is locked down tight.
“I protect Monday like my firstborn child.”
Here’s what typically fills my Mondays:
This day is all about working on the business, not in it.
These are my client-facing days—and this structure works.
“From 10 to 4, I’m on back-to-back calls—private coaching, group calls, guest podcasting, you name it.”
Here’s what I stack into these days:
Because our girls are in school these days, I’m fully present in work mode, which means high-impact sessions and tons of output.
Lights, camera, action—it’s content day.
“I wake up knowing I need to get in full hair and makeup and go straight into recording.”
This is what Wednesdays look like:
No meetings unless absolutely necessary—just creating the content that fuels our marketing and brand growth.
Life happens. Things shift. That’s why I leave Fridays open to catch up.
“Everyone always says, ‘Okay Brandee, I time-blocked my whole week… but then life happened.’ Exactly. That’s why Friday is flexible.”
Here’s how I use Fridays:
This has been the biggest productivity shift for me:
“Your inbox is how other people steal your time.”
I don’t live in my inbox. Here’s how I handle it:
This lets me focus on actual CEO work and stops me from drowning in emails. If you’re still handling every email yourself… please delegate. You’ll never look back.
This part always surprises people: We homeschool our girls. But not in the traditional sense.
“They go to school two days a week and are home three. We’re not building the curriculum or going on field trips every week.”
We’ve found a hybrid homeschooling model that works beautifully for our family. It gives us the flexibility we crave while keeping our girls supported and learning in a structured way.
“It’s honestly the best decision we’ve ever made for our family.”
If you’re feeling stuck in your schedule or wondering how you’ll ever get it all done—just know that building a CEO week that serves your life is possible. It’s about intention, systems, and showing up for what matters most.
“If I’m not taking care of myself, I can’t take care of my business.”
